To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual to join us in the Administration & Office Management department, starting immediately.
Your responsibilities
- Assisting with the structured entry and maintenance of commercial data
- Careful processing and transfer of invoice and document information
- Digitising, organising and systematically filing important business documents
- Helping to optimise administrative processes in day-to-day office work
- Providing reliable support to management and administration with organisational tasks
Your profile
- You work carefully and reliably, and have a keen eye for detail
- You take a structured approach and keep track of things, even when dealing with routine tasks
- You are confident using a PC, scanner, email and standard Office applications
- You handle confidential documents discreetly and responsibly
- Following induction, you work independently and conscientiously
- Ideally, some initial experience in a commercial or administrative role
- A friendly manner and good organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team and a high degree of initiative
