Reinforcement for SPS automotive performance at Circuit Paul Ricard

SPS automotive performance lines up with two Mercedes-AMG GT3s again at Circuit Paul Ricard for round two of the Endurance Cup in the GT World ChalReinforcement for SPS automotive performance at Circuit Paul Ricardlenge Europe. In the Pro-Am class, the pairing of Valentin Pierburg and Dominik will receive support in the #20 Mercedes-AMG GT3, while the familiar trio of drivers will be at the wheel of the #40 Mercedes-AMG GT3 in the Silver Cup.

Yannick Mettler, Miklas Born (both SUI) and Jordan Love (AUS) will again share the driving duties in the #40 Mercedes-AMG GT3, as they go in pursuit of points in the Silver Cup. The regular pairing of Valentin Pierburg (GER) and Dominik Baumann (AUT) in the #20 Mercedes-AMG GT3, who contested the opening round of the Endurance Cup in Monza without a third team-mate, will receive support in race two from Martin Konrad (AUT). The 42-year-old Austrian has enjoyed success in various GT series for many years and has a host of class wins in the International GT Open and a class victory at the 24 Hours of Dubai to his name.

SPS automotive performance will also line up in the Fanatec Esports GT Pro Series again. Miklas Born is once again at the wheel of the virtual Mercedes-AMG GT3 and will be looking to score points towards the Team competition in the GT World Challenge Europe in this one-hour Esports event.

The six-hour race at the Grand Prix circuit in the south of France gets underway at 18:00 on Saturday 28th May. Round two of the Fanatec Esports GT Pro Series starts at 13:35 on Saturday.

In Martin Konrad, we have acquired the services of an experienced GT3 driver. As always, the GT World Challenge Europe is very competitive. However, I believe that we can score a lot of valuable points again at Paul Ricard.”
