Thursday, March 22, 2007 GT3 RS at SPS SPS automotive-performance has purchased a Porsche 911GT3 RS for use at various events.

Monday, March 05, 2007 SPS tests in Monza SPS completed test laps on Monday March 5th in Monza. Both Supercup vehicles for 2007 were tested. The established drivers, Uwe Alzen and Mark Benz, piloted the vehicles. Thankfully the lap times were faster than at the last race at Monza, the last race of the 2006 season.

Monday, February 26, 2007 SPS equips Mercedes SLR with special wheels A first - SPS equipped a Mercedes SLR with the new light alloy wheels from the high class manufacturer KAHN. The wheels can be purchased in the following sizes: Front axle 9 x 20 with 255/30/20 tires and rear axle 10.5 x 21 with 295/25/21 tires. Also a new brake polisher, in a carbon version, was mounted.

Tuesday, January 16, 2007 SPS executes first tests with 2007 Supercup vehicles SPS had already collected the new racing vehicles for the 2007 season. Immediately after picking up the vehicles in Weissach, the vehicles passed the first roll out at the high speed oval of the Bosch Test Center in Boxberg. Both drivers, Uwe ALzen and Marc Benz, "went for a ride" with their vehicles the whole day long. Both 911 GT3 Cups ran without a problem, only the at times thick fog presented a bit of a problem.

Wednesday, January 10, 2007 New Year starts at SPS in class Already at the beginning of 2007, SPS has again extremely high valued vehicles in service. Already during the first week of 2007 two Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR, one Mc Laren F1 and one Bugatti Veyron were being "worked on".

Saturday, December 30, 2006 Porsche 959 in SPS workshop Shortly before the end of the year SPS awoke a Porsche 959S from a long sleep. The brand new vehicle had been in moth balls since 1988. We had to perform quite a lot of work on this vehicle, ranging from renewing wheel bearings to the sealing of the leaking engine. In the mean time, this special vehicle runs perfectly.

Tuesday, December 26, 2006 Bugatti EB110SS at SPS in Abstatt In December 2006, SPS automotive-performance had a Bugatti EB110 SuperSport in Abstatt. SPS was servicing this vehicle for a customer from the Arab Emirates. In the mean time, the vehicle has left Germany and is on its way back to the Middle East.
